Job Description:
The successful candidate will be a recognized expert for their analytical and leadership abilities.
- Interact with various business user groups for gathering and documenting the business and software requirements for Salesforce implementation.
- Gathering user requirements, project planning, scheduling, controlling, performing GAP
- Analysis and translating them into structured data, functional and usability requirements.
- Identifying business process/system improvements, documenting proposed changes and use cases.
- Follow agile methodology.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and weekly organized meetings with teams.
- Release/Change Management and perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements.
- Administrative tasks such as User management, creating Profiles, Roles and Permission Sets, Workflow, Tasks and Events, Email notification, Templates, Reports and Dashboard.
- Data migration tools such as Apex Data Loader, Salesforce Import and Export Wizard and have knowledge of integrating Legacy system with Salesforce.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients.
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience.
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies.
- Perform additional duties as required / assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, MBA or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with relevant technologies
